When things get uncertain around you, it helps to know
what is steady inside you.

Not in some abstract way.

I mean, actually knowing the inventory.

The things you’re good at.
The work that gives you energy.
The values that keep showing up.
The parts of your purpose that keep pulling on you.

When the environment changes, those things
matter more, not less.

They remind you that you’re not starting from scratch.

You may need to adjust to a different system.
You may need new information.
You may need help.

And you’re still bringing something with you.

That kind of awareness doesn’t remove the uncertainty.

It just makes it easier to say to yourself:

I’ve got what I need to take the next step.
