Ask your team to reflect:
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳?

Give them space.
Let them reflect a bit.
Then open the dialogue.

Look for the connections between team and
individual values.

Why does this matter?
