An opportunity showed up last week.

Pretty aligned with me. My purpose, my skill set. Stuff I’ve actually trained to do.

And almost in the same breath, this voice in the back of my head went, “who are you to do that?”

Dude. 26 years of leading. Training as a coach. And that voice still shows up.

So I sat with it. What am I actually afraid of here? Being found out? Looking dumb in a room full of people who’ve supposedly got it figured out?

That voice though. It usually shows up right before growth.

So I’m not trying to shut it down anymore. I’m trying to get curious about it.
