As long as things are working, it is easy to stay in “if it ain’t broken don’t fix it” mode.

And sometimes that makes sense.

A lot has changed in the last year, never mind the last five or ten.

So the question is not just whether something is broken today.

It is whether you and your team are able to learn fast enough for what might be different tomorrow.
