Pictured is a quote by Coach Brandon Jenkins: "What if next year isn't about resolutions, but intention?"

Before next year starts asking more of you, it’s worth
noticing what this year already changed.

Not in terms of titles or accomplishments.

But in how you experience your role.

For many leaders I work with, this is the year where:

• the work felt heavier than expected
• decisions took more energy than they used to
• success still happened, but alignment felt less certain
• a quiet sense of “something needs to shift” showed up

Nothing broke.

But something changed.

And this in-between week after Christmas is often the
first time there’s enough space to notice it.

Blueprint work isn’t about setting goals for next year.

It’s about getting honest about what matters now:

• what energy you want to protect
• what kind of leader you’re becoming
• what this role is actually asking of you

No urgency.
No pressure.

Just clearly seeing how you’re meant to show up
for yourself and your team.

If you find yourself reflecting more than planning this
week, you’re not behind.

You’re paying attention.

And that tends to change how the next season unfolds.
